I would say this movie is a mixture of Be With You & Zettai Kareshi concept. From the Be With You concept is because of the description of the guy side of thinking during the movie & girl side of thinking near to the end of the movie. From Zettai Kareshi is of the cyborg idea. Seems there is a trend of robot love story in Japan. This movie basically is about a guy who has been celebrating his birthday on his own, until year 2007 when met this girl who starts to change his life. But the acquaintance did not last long, only for a few hours & she's gone, only get to see her the following year. To summarize, in order not to spoil the pple who intend to watch, you will like the idea of this cyborg-human relationship, which you will realise the story is not really what you tot. Overall, I'll give 3.5/5 for this movie.
